BACKGROUND: NASA has struggled for years to find an explanation to the Pioneer anomaly. The Pioneer anomaly or Pioneer effect is the observed change of speed of the Pioneer 10 and Pioneer 11 spacecraft on their trajectories out of the Solar System.
 
The solution to the riddle that NASA has uncovered is evidence that the speed of light, (or the speed of the radio signal coming back from Pioneer) is not quite a universal constant as Einstein had theorized. Depending on the gravitational fields that the radio signal passes through on its journey from deep space back to earth, it could travel slightly faster or slower, giving a false speed indication. Using Prof. Curé’s hypothesis that the speed of light changes depending on the gravitational energy density of space, NASA’s measurements provide compelling evidence that the speed of light depends on the inverse of the square root of the gravitational energy density of space.

Prof. Curé developed and managed the test to prove the basic science in Independent Energy’s technology; that is a new process of using G-forces to do work. Professor Jorge C. Curé proved this science by the development of the mathematical equation to predict the outcome and through experimental result.

The phenomenon Prof. Curé tested, we call the Down the Ramp Effect (DTRE). It enables a mass to roll faster and further using less energy.  


 

TEST SUMMARY OF THE "DOWN THE RAMP EFFECT" (DTRE)

Prof Curé’s test consisted of a cart rolling down a ramp formed by two inclined planes connected by a smooth curve. The total length of the ramp was 48 feet. The total mass of the cart was 61 pounds. Each wheel of the cart had a mass equal to 12.1875 pounds and had technology inside the wheels known as the Annular Down The Ramp Effect Device (ADTRED). The ADTRED device could be locked making it like a normal wheel or unlocked allowing it to function. Two types of experiments have been done in order to investigate the reality of the Down the Ramp Effect (DTRE).

TIME:  One experiment consisted of timing the cart rolling down an inclined plane with and without ADTRED activated. According to theoretical predictions the ADTRED cart should take less time, in traveling the same distance. The experimental result verified this prediction: the cart with ADTRED rolled faster.

DISTANCE: The other experiment consisted of the cart rolling down one inclined plane, and rolling up the other inclined plane, having the ADTRED locked in the four wheels and then unlocked. Theoretical predictions indicated the ADTRED cart should roll further. The experimental result verified this prediction: the ADTRED cart rolled further.

CONCLUSION: The cart traveled faster in one experiment and then ascended a greater vertical distance in another experiment meaning there was a gain of energy.

The extra energy the cart needed to travel faster and ascend more the second inclined plane was extracted from the centrifugal field of the four rolling wheels by the DTRE under normal 1G conditions. This extra centrifugal energy was immediately converted into kinetic energy. These results are extraordinary.

This experimental result is the first one to show that a small component of the centrifugal force can be used to do work. The theoretical projection was proven under 1G conditions. The next step is to prove that when more g-forces are applied to the ADTRED the effect correspondingly increases.

Prof. Jorge C. Curé's mathematical equations are the basis of an improved design used to provide IE, LLC’s technology with the ability to dramatically reduce the input energy, thereby making it possible to provide an exceptionally high rate of efficiency.

Dr. Doorish is a Theoretical Physicist. He holds degrees in Physics from St. John's University (BS, 1980) and MS (1985) in Applied Physics from Columbia University and a Doctorate (1988) in Mathematics from Columbia University. He has done Postdoctoral Research (1993-1994) in Geophysics at Princeton University. He has also been a professor of Physics at the Borough of Manhattan Community College/CUNY and at Wagner College in Staten Island. Dr. Doorish's main area of research is stellar structure and evolution and the early universe. I have been asked to provide my professional opinion of the Power 6 Generator (P6G). I am happy to do so. While I am not an expert in generator systems, I am a Physicist and a Mathematician with Graduate Degrees from Columbia University, and Postdoctoral work from Princeton University.

I have looked at the papers for the P6G, and I was most impressed. It will provide power to homes, businesses, or any other facility, by the greatly planned combination of several technologies. These include Rotational Acceleration in conjunction with a magnetic drive system that provides the P6G with the unique ability to torque from the perimeter, verses from the center, like conventional motors and engines. Ultimately, this Rotational Acceleration gives rise to Centrifugal Force that is a product of angular velocity and creates a radial force outward. The Power 6 Generator uses a patented technique to capture and use this force, to create a mechanical advantage that permits the Rotational Acceleration to function in a highly efficient manner. Electric power is tapped from this process to be used by the consumer. 

I have never seen a technology such as this, but I believe that it has a great potential to deliver energy where needed, for less expensive costs, and as time goes on, the technologies concerned, will no doubt develop further, and improvements could be included to make the P6G even more efficient than it now seems to be.

(Proposed) MUTIPLE G-FORCE PROOF-OF-CONCEPT TEST

Prof. Curé's experiment proved that under 1G conditions there was a small gain in energy. One of Independent Energy’s short-term initiative is to build an advanced proof-of-concept test, designed to demonstrate the latest improvements that have been made to the Annular Down the Ramp Effect Device (ADTRED) and the desire to dramatically increase the effect by subjecting the ADTRED to multiple G-forces. The anticipated result based upon the mathematical projections is that there will be a significant increase in performance of the ADTRED when under multiple g-forces.

 

We will operate two machines that roll an identical mass around a containment in a side by side comparison. Both machines will be given electricity to run. Both will have the ADTRED locked.  As they run we will be measuring the amount of torque created at a certain RPM compared to how much electricity is used. An average will be determined. Next we’ll unlock the ADTRED allowing the key aspect on one mass to function…the theoretical predictions are that the ADTRED RPM's and torque will be the same as the locked mass but the amount of electricity used on the ADTRED machine will be significantly less.

This new test will provide additional proof the ADTRED can use G-forces to do work. It is predicted the ADTRED will maintain the same RPM while using less energy. Using less to do more is the foundation of a future power generation product.
